Shipping policy

Here's everything you need to know about getting your order from My Store to your door — and back, if it ever needs to go back.

Order processing: 1-2 business days before your order leaves our warehouse.
Transit time: varies by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on order size and destination; orders over a qualifying amount may ship free.
Tracking: a confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships — allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update status.
Wrong address? Contact service@treadcraft.shop immediately; we can only correct an address before the order ships.

Return window: 30 days from delivery date.
Condition: items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return.
Exchanges: available for size or color swaps, subject to stock.
Damaged or incorrect items: email service@treadcraft.shop with photos within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
